Thailand Digital Arrival Card

The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is required for all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand, effective May 1. The form should be completed within three days prior to arriving in Thailand. It can be submitted no earlier than three days (72 hours) in advance of the arrival date. The TDAC can also be completed on the day of arrival. 

Conference location

The majority of events will be held at Mahidol's Faculty of Dentistry on level 3. The building's main entrance is located along Yothi Road.
 
 
Once inside the building:
  1. Take the escalator to the third floor
  2. Turn left to access the area with meeting rooms.

Conference Transportation

The majority of the group transportation meeting points for the conference dinners and cultural excursions will be the Sukosol Hotel. 

On 8 and 9 July, transportation will be provided from the Sukosol Hotel to the Faculty of Dentistry. A shuttle bus will depart from the hotel at 8 a.m. for transfer to the Faculty of Dentistry. 
 
You can also travel to the Faculty of Dentistry by taking the skytrain to the Victory Monument BTS station, located on Phaya Thai Road to the south of the Victory Monument. The station is an approximate nine-minute walk from the Faculty of Dentistry.
 

rainy season advisory

Since July is the rainy season for Thailand, it's strongly recommended to bring an umbrella and/or raincoat. 
 
Temperature: Average daytime highs are between 86°F and 95°F (30-35°C), though the high humidity can make it feel even hotter. Nights remain warm, averaging around 77°F (25°C).

 

Dress Code for The Grand Palace

The Grand Palace is a place of reverence for the Thai people. Visitors must dress appropriately for entry. Please wear a shirt that covers your shoulders and pants that cover your ankles or a skirt or dress that covers your knees.
 
The following attire is not permitted:
  • Sleeveless shirts
  • Vests/tank tops
  • Short tops/crop tops
  • See-through tops
  • Shorts or capris
  • Torn pants
  • Tight pants/leggings
  • Bike pants/biker shorts
  • Mini skirts
  • Pants skirts
  • Sleeping suit/pajamas
