Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellations before June 15 will receive a 100% refund. After that date, only 50% of the fee will be refunded. Please submit written notices of cancellation (including the person who submitted the registration payment and the name of the person with the registration) to jack.daly@duke.edu.
