2018 Nobel Prize Laureate Nadia Murad will deliver the Crown Lecture in Ethics on Monday October 29th from 5:30PM-7PM. DCID helped connect Murad to Sanford through our MIDP alum and Associate in Research Tom Nicholson. Nicholson is working with UNC professor (and Rotary Fellow) Dilshad Jaff and others from UNC on an interdisciplinary project aimed at improving health services to displaced Yazidi families in Iraq.
