With USAID funding, faculty provided technical assistance on investment expenditure analysis and program evaluation to Ministries of Finance in the states of Karnataka, Jharkhand and Uttaranchal in India. Technical advice was also provided on aspects of tax policy and electricity regulation in Karnataka. The project was conducted from 2006 to 2007.
