By DCID Director Francis Lethem - As I was walking on Sunday, June 7, at Miami airport towards my plane connection back to RDU, someone called my name at Gate E7… and it was Eduardo Marenco, who graduated in 2012 and was on his way to catching his plane back to Nicaragua.


Forty mid- and senior-level officers in the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) celebrated their graduation from an intensive two-week program on tax administration, taxpayer services and human resource management on Wednesday, May 20.


Seven MIDP fellows will be blogging about their internship experiences in Washington, D.C., Kenya, Geneva, London and India this summer.


Kairat Umarov, Kazakhstan’s ambassador to the United States, joined DCID for the graduation of seven officials from the 2015 program for the country’s Academy of Public Administration.
