Former Senior Economist at World Bank is New Sanford Professor of the Practice

Edmund Malesky, director of the Duke Center for International Development, spoke to BBC World News about the significance of President Joseph Biden’s state visit to Hanoi, Vietnam, to announce the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

The associate professor will spend the 2023-24 academic year at the University of Cape Town.
