Matt Bunyi is the Director of Executive Education for the Duke Center for International Development (DCID) at the Sanford School of Public Policy. Matt leads the implementation of open enrollment and custom-designed executive education programming for DCID. Prior to his work with DCID, Matt managed research projects in India, overseeing randomized field experiments and process evaluations relating to government cash transfer programs in India. Before his work at Duke University, he was a Policy and Training Manager at J-PAL South Asia in New Delhi, India. He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in East Java, Indonesia, working in high schools to improve teacher training and partnering with the local government to support community health. He holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy. He also holds Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
