Kiert Toh is Senior Fellow at DCID and a senior executive with 25 years of experience in international development with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), State Department. He held leadership and senior management positions as USAID Mission Director in Kenya (2001-2005) and Malawi (1997-2001), and attained the presidentially commissioned rank of Minister Counselor in the U.S. Senior Foreign Service. Since 2005, Toh has worked as international development consultant for USAID-supported programs and for the World Bank. In addition to his role as Senior Fellow at DCID, he serves as special purpose faculty at Radford University in Radford, Virginia.
