César García Novoa, a DCID senior fellow, has extensive experience in the international tax sector, practicing both as a lawyer and as a consultant where he has worked on international tax reform projects and arbitration proceedings before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). He is currently a professor at the Santiago de Compostela University.
