Municipal Property Tax Reform

With support from the UN Development Program, faculty worked with Jordan's Ministry of Finance in 2009 to develop a roll-out plan for property tax reform to all 99 municipalities.
Review of VAT and Overall Tax System

Faculty provided tax policy assistance, including a detailed review of the new VAT as well as the overall tax system under the Guyana Threshold Country Plan/Implementation Project administered by USAID for the Millennium Challenge Corporation. The project was conducted from 2008 to 2009.
